About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Contact Lens Optician / Dispensing Optician to join our team in Corporation Street. This role combines technical expertise with outstanding patient care, offering the chance to provide tailored optical solutions using the latest lens technology and eyewear. You will guide patients in choosing the most suitable products to meet their lifestyle, prescription, and visual needs, while ensuring the highest clinical and customer service standards.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional advice on lenses, frames, and coatings tailored to individual needs.
Interpret prescriptions and ensure accurate fitting, adjustments, and aftercare.
Deliver excellent patient experiences in-branch, maintaining a customer-first approach.
Maintain high standards of product knowledge and technical accuracy.
Collaborate with Optometrists and branch teams to ensure seamless care.
Keep accurate records and assist with daily operational tasks.
Adhere to GOC and professional standards at all times.
Requirements
Fully qualified and GOC-registered Dispensing Optician or Contact Lens Optician.
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
